When tinting front door windows (driver and passenger sides), it’s crucial to comply with UK law:

• Front windscreen must let at least 75% of light through.
• Front side windows must let at least 70% of light through.
• Rear windows and rear windscreen can be tinted as dark as you like.

We’ll always advise on the legal limit and can test your glass before installation to ensure compliance. Illegal tints can result in fines, points on your licence, and even an MOT failure.

We are able to tint front windows to any level, however any film on front door windows is strictly for off road use only, and requires a disclaimer signed to acknowledge that they are for show use only

To ensure your tint cures correctly and lasts for years:

• Do not open any tinted windows for 7 days after installation.
• The film may take up to 30 days to fully dry, especially in cooler or damp conditions. During this time, the windows may appear hazy or show small water pockets — this is completely normal and will clear as the moisture evaporates.

While we take every precaution to deliver a flawless finish, minor contamination (dust or tiny specs) can occasionally appear under the film. This is due to:

• Static during installation
• Microscopic airborne particles
• The natural texture of some glass surfaces
