Booking terms and conditions

For any jobs either over £150 or where a non-stocked material is required, a booking process that includes deposit requirements is necessary to confirm the booking and pre-order any materials needed for the vehicle wrapping job.

There are two ways we handle deposit requirements during the booking process for vehicle wrapping: 

1) A 50% deposit of the total cost is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

2) Alternatively, we can offer finance options, subject to approval. Please ensure this is set up and in place at least 7 working days before the booking date to allow adequate time to prepare the materials.

Without meeting the deposit requirements, the booking process isn’t confirmed and no materials for vehicle wrapping will be ordered. Once the materials are ordered, you as the customer will own them in the event of a cancellation, as all special orders are non-refundable.

It’s also very important to be aware that any non-factory painted panels are exempt from warranty. Additionally, any peeling or damaged clear coat will require professional rectification before vehicle wrapping. Please note that during the booking process, no liability is held for any lifting or peeling paint either during the wrapping process or even during removal. This is because if anything has been repainted, we cannot guarantee the quality of the job under the wrap or the adhesion of the paint to the panel.
